I thought they'd do it more so David could hide from being gay for a while, but so not surprised they went that way either.
Though it can hardly last until birth... because well, there would be some pretty obvious indicators if it was David's that... won't be present because it is Jack's.

I think David and Leo are only half Asian, so the child could pass for 1/4 Asian (Paige has dark hair and eyes as well). It would be possible.
And to be honest, I like it. I think they should stick with the lie and never tell anyone the truth. David will be a lot better for the child.
