Wombat and shed

I know nothing about the needs of a wombat, but is it fair that this wombat is now living on it's own in a tiny box in with a very small fenced area that is only there so the backpackers can have their photo taken with it?

Also how can the animal rescue/zoo/where ever it came from, agree to lend Leo the wombat for so he can make money? A backpackers shed is hardly going to be peaceful for the wombat.

I also don't get how Leo, who said that he put everything he had into the shed and that he could lose it if he doesn't keep the backpackers happy, afford to give away the top floor to Piper and Tyler for nothing. I doubt he will save much by having them help around, he has only given them the space to annoy Therese.

I'm with you don't know if the conditions are good for the wombat but I find it totally unrealistic that having a photo with one would be such a big selling point for backpackers.

Yeah one second he's got no spare cash to even hire Tyler then can give him free accommodation to annoy Therese surely the top floor would make him quite a bit money if used up the full space.

I can understand Australian wildlife being a draw to some backpackers, but not enough for Leo's business to sink if the wombat isn't there. The draw would be the comfort, safety, cost and local area, not a wombat.

Even though we didn't see it, Leo made it seem like it isn't even set up for backpackers, just for a couple of people, such a waste of space.
