I haven't caught up with it for a while, can someone give me a nutshell of where Dee has been and why she came back? And what this DNA test situation is about?

Dee was presumed dead - she and Toadie were in a car accident on their wedding day back in 2003. She was rescued, but had a brain injury and couldn't let him know, then she didn't let him know (kind of up in the air why just now). She turned up a couple of weeks ago. The DNA test was just to be sure she was who she said she was.
