The tune David whistles in 'The Lady in the Iron Mask'

When David\Bruce Willis and Maddie\Cybill Sheppard are first coming up from the stairwell and onto the roof of the building (when David is going to watch the 'Lady in the Iron Mask' undress), what is the tune that David is whistling?

I swear it sounds just like some music from Honey I Shrunk the Kids, but that movie came years after the first season of Moonlighting. What is the tune? Does anyone know?

I think it's Powerhouse B which is used in Warner Bros. cartoons. They also used it in Atomic Shakespeare.
