I love this show!! I need some help though

Well here I am 19 years old and looking up these old shows. I feel like such a dork, but its really awsome remembering the good ole days of being at my grandparents watching Ducktales, Tailspin, Dark Wing Duck, etc. But I seem to remember watching Gummi Bears and some other shows slightly before watching Ducktales and the such. I would really like some help remembering some other old childrens shows. I dont even know if they are Disney, but I remember one about a gnome (atleast I think he was a gnome) who lived in a tree and rode around the forest on a fox named Swift. There was another show with puppets and I remember one of them was named Iggy. They lived with a woman in her house, and I think that Iggy guy slept in a little built in bed in the wall. I just remember in one episode they made a calidescope (sp??) or a movie projector or something, and in another episode Iggy tried stretching himself to make him grow. I just remember that Iggy character cause he was kinda crazy and funny. I think he was green. I would really like for somebody to tell me the names of those shows, and any other childrens shows of the day. It would really be great to remember them!!

It has been yeeeaarrrss since I've seen this, but the show you're describing here sort of reminds me of a Disney Channel show called Under the Umbrella Tree.

The other one sounds familiar, and I can faintly see a picture of a show similar to it in my head, but I can't think of the name! Ugh!

Yes! Under the Umberella Tree!! Thats it. Man I thought i'd live the rest of my life not knowing the name of that show. I dont really remember the name of the other show I described being called David the Gnome, but I have no doubt you are right. I guess the title of it had competely left my head, and there wasnt anything left to "click" when i finally heard it. I remember a little bit of the show though.

The cartoon was David the Gnome and that aired on Nickelodeon in the 80s. Its another childhood favorite of mine.
