Were these episodes or did I dream them?

Hi!
I vaguely remember watching something as a kid that seemed very much like the Gummi Bears.
All I can remember was a bear dropping a flute into water and something coming up and offering him a gold one instead. He refuses and wants his old one back. Because this little bear is not greedy the thing gives him his old flute and the golden one. The bears goes off and tells his friends what has happened. A girl bear goes down to the same spot and throws in an anklet (or bracelet - can't remember!). The same thing comes to the surface and offers her jewell encrusted anklets which the bear says are all hers.
The thing changes into a monster and kidnaps the girl bear because she's being greedy........
and another episode...?
Bears in a forest playing around when one falls against a tree with spikes (?).
He is put to sleep and the other bears have to travel a long way through dangerous places to find ingredients for a potion that will awaken him again....
If anyone can tell me what the flip I was watching then I'll be forever grateful!!!!

I have just started to watch the Gummi Bears again, because I miss them... I've seen about half of the episodes the last month, and unfortunally, this doesnt ring any bells for me. Yet atleast. I'll tell you if I see the episode you have described though, yet it seems a little "dark" to be the happy Gummi Bears, where their worst enemies are funny trolls...

The second episode you described sounds a bit like "Gummi In a Strange Land." Gruffi gets zapped by a sleep sprite, and Grammi and Cubbi chase the sprite into Drekmore because he's the only one who can wake Gruffi back up. This didn't involve any kind of potion - just the sprite's magic - so you might be thinking of something else or just mixing up this episode with some other one.

I've seen that first one you described, but I have no idea if it was the Gummi Bears or another show. I probably have it on tape, but it would take forever and a day to watch through them all.

I THINK I may have found out what these episodes were from....
Moomins!
I don't actually remember watching that many of the Moomins, so that's probably why I didn't remember where these came from!
