Yeah, it sucks that Kirk became such a bigoted, Bible-thumping jerk. So many of us had huge crushes on him but little did we know he'd find Jesus and look down on everyone. What an a**hole!
He's still really hot now, though, which is a shame. He has barely aged but his beliefs make him so ugly inside.

I’d much rather have my celebrity crush turn to religion instead of drugs and jail. Based on comments here I may rather see celebrities splashed across the news for breaking into homes, falling down drunk at parties and getting DUIs.
