As i remember there was a relationship between monica and a married man wgo also had a kid towards the end of season 2. anyone remembers what happened ?

She married John Sheridan, divorced him, and later became the commander of Babylon

Yes, when The Colbys ended, Cash and his wife and their son, Scott, were moving back to Washington, D.C. The cliffhanger was that Sable picked up Scott from school and decided to take him for a drive, presumably to kidnap him.

Two years later, on Dynasty, Sable and Monica moved to Denver. Monica told Jeff that she hardly ever saw Scott anymore. :(
