This show is funny as heck!!
It was especially funny for its first 4 seasons. I was dying laughing at the when Mary and Lester was going to go to Hawaii, but ended up stuck in the apartment.
I used to watch this show as a kid on BET, and I thought it was good, but not so funny. Now that I'm 23, I found this show relaxing and funny. Marla Gibbs to me is funnier on "227" than on "The Jeffersons." Her one liners are just too funny. Plus Mary and Sandra going at it was great. Maaaaarrrryyyy!!!!!! lmao
