I know it's stupid, but it doesn't matter how many times I watch this movie, I still rewind every time those three gags come up

The cows with the boots on was amazing, but the singing horse gets me every time :) Absolutely hilarious. I love this movie. I watched it again last weekend.

- "Let me know if there is any change in his condition. (Hangs up the phone) "He's dead."
In my opinion, the funniest scene is where Kilmer gives his manager a sex toy. The look of excitement on the manager's face, and how he just gives a passing glance to Kilmer who is telling him about how much trouble he is in, is hilarious. He is so focused on the toy, and putting on the various attachments, he just boxes it up and takes off.
Then later, the General announces that the manager was found impaled on the device, and it took a surgeon 2 hours to remove the smile from his face.
