...was once the Bass player in the late 70's all-girl rock band The Runaways. Her stage name was Vicki Blue.

She was billed as Victory Tischler-Blue in "This Is Spinal Tap". Most of her career after The Runaways has consisted of producing, directing, and writing movies. Her best known release is "Edgeplay: A Film About the Runaways".
