Did the wreckage of the Enterprise burn up in the planet's atmosphere?
Or crash land on the planet?

We don't know of what materials the Enterprise was constructed of, but if we base the destruction of the Enterprise on similar burn ups like Skylab for instance, we can assume most of the Enterprise burned up in the atmosphere with small portions of it surviving and scattered on the planet.
