STAR TREK III: THE SEARCH FOR SPOCK
*was the second movie of the Star Trek trilogy. The story picks up immediately after the previous film. Spock is resurrected throughout the course of the movie thanks to the Genesis device introduced in the previous sequel, the Enterprise is destroyed, and an enemy starship with a cloaking device is stolen by the crew of the Enterprise...all of which is crucial to the plot of the following sequel. Also, it ends with the words "And the adventure continues..."
*features a major explosion when the Enterprise is destoyed
*was scored again by James Horner
*marked the directorial debut of Leonard Nimoy, which provided a valuable learning experience that proved beneficial to the following sequel Star Trek IV
*not exactly the best movie on this list, but was good enough that the movie studio allowed Leonard Nimoy to direct Star Trek IV
