Yes! I was shocked when i saw Splash! And everyone is always praising Guillermo del Toro for his vision, well, we found out it wasn't HIS vision at all...

Hmmmm... I don't really see the similarities. Splash and Shape are fun movies but not much alike, are they, other than they both feature fishy people? I also liked a similar film I saw a few years ago called Blue My Mind (2018). The sexual content in BMM is rather off the charts for a sea creature feature though. Be warned....

But I probably liked BMM more than Splash and Shape.
