Memorable and Laugable Scene-- (Spoiler)

Chuckle--I just got this from Netflix and watched it the other day. I actually saw it in the theaters back when it was first released. (I was in the military at the time and while off-duty you'll watch just about anything.) Anyway to me the most memorable, and laughable scene occurs midway through the movie. What did Brenda (Linda Blair) do when she found out who was responsible for the assault on her sister? She went home and took a bath. Memorable because, well, its Linda Blair in the nude in a tub (at least most of her). It is also laughable because who would go home and take a bath after finding out who almost killed your kid sister?

The young girl who played Heather (the younger sister) did go on to have a career in horror movies and at one time Maxxim named her one of the hottest horror stars.

I agree with the one poster who pointed out that the cops never appear in this film until the final act--that is also hysterical.

goodman , you have to understand that this movie was made in the 80's and in the 80's, within the fantasy realm of revenge movies, a character will never go to the police or rely on police to do anything. Cops have rules and tons of cases. Brenda was not just bathing. She was abthing away her innocence so she could so destroy the bad guys.

As the song in the movie says, " It's justice for love, justice for all, you get want you got when you've broken the law. When you pay for your crimesm the judgement will stand, you're backs to the wall, it's all out of your hands."
