Great action and a ton of quotable lines!

At 6.9 on iMDB... yes, I agree it's underrated. One of the best adventure movies of the 80s. It doesn't reach Indiana Jones level, but then again no other movie does.

This is a great movie, but I don't think it's underrated. It's very well regarded by many movie fans all over the world. I do feel it's sequel, "Jewel of the Nile", is underrated.

Just rewatched it and yeah it holds up pretty well. Weaves in and out of different genres whether it's action or comedy or romance.

It's a delightful film!

I can't believe the assholes at IMDB rated it so low, but then, the ratings system at IMDB has a very high proportion of assholes. The sort of twerps who aspire to abuse power, and get their jollies from low-rating films and complaining about unfriendly waitresses on Yelp.
