I remember seeing a movie when I was a kid where a couple was having sex in the back of a delivery truck or something like that and a zombie in an orange jumpsuit, almost like a prison jumpsuit, attacked them or maybe just the girl. Is this the movie?

It might be that your getting Hector mixed up with Regina. Regina spends he night in the projection booth with a guy. Then Hector makes mention that he and this girl he picked up on his way to San Diego slept in the back of his truck. But it not actually seen just mentioned. He also claims they come across a zombie who was eating a semi dead cat.
