i've always wondered why they have scooter in this but not skeeter, his twin sister. anyone know?

i dont know...all of the other muppet babies were made into puppets though..so thats why i asked. i just thought it was weird they never made a puppet of her. i liked her, she had attitude!

Skeeter was specifically made for Muppet Babies.

Check the trivia section, it says the dream sequence in the movie was so popular that they made a cartoon series out of it (The Muppet Babies).

There never was a muppet version of Skeeter, she was made for the cartoon, Muppet Babies. Incidentlly, I always hated her and felt that they should have used Janice instead. I mean why screw a real muppet female out of the role.

I was on Muppet Centeral.com, and Skeeter was created because they needed a strong presence in the nursery to go with Piggy.

Yeah, and Skeeter was an upstanding athlete while Janice (although I agree about including her) was ... well ... associated with a hippie-rock band and named after a dead hippie singer. Which one should they choose?

Janice did appear as a 4 year old kid in one of the Muppet Babies episodes.

Does that account for anything?
