Who's the lady that walks in and asks the maitre'd what she did wrong when she sees Kermit's picture in place of hers. Is it Liza Minneli cause it looks like her?

Years ago I was up in New York for a show- and when I went to Sardis for lunch- Kermits picture was there! (at the podium where you walk in)
