I love the muppets - almost 40 years old..

I was strumming thru the movie channels this past weekend and happened upon The muppets take manhattan and I sat there watching and laughing and remembering back in the day when the muppets were awesome NOT NOT NOT saying that today they AREN'T Awesome I was just remembering back when Jim Henson was still alive and provided the voice of Kermet and was the main focus of entertainment of the muppets, seaseme street, etc.. I miss JH so much. I remember when I heard he died back along time ago and I cried - it was just a sad day...

I will always love the Muppets take Manhattan. Childhood dreams!!

I wish I could go back in time and start my childhood over again.

I know the Muppets are just big hand puppets, but Kermit is 'real' to me.

i agree, nicely said! i have loved the muppets my whole life. there is nothing like the 3 classic early muppet movies, they are so fantastic in every way. jim henson was the greatest. the hub channel is doing a whole muppet weekend and i am loving it!!
ps: miss piggy and kermie are the greatest couple of all time! ;D
