this film is underrated, its good. I watched it on a plane ride from Chicago to LA and bought it at Walmart for 3 bucks. I liked how they dealt with drunk driving and how our court system is often written to protect the criminal and not the victim. In this case, the good people didnt exaclty win.

shareI agree that this is a poignant representation of DWI, alcohol abuse, and accurately depicts family implications of this issue. The judges final speech and delivery gave me chills.
