The animals
Certainly entertaining was the sight of the pygmy hippo-probably the first and only second time (including that Harry Potter movie) I saw one in a movie for a major audience. Besides of certain flaws(Indian Muntjac deer, flamingos, Burmese python, Phelsuma gecko, squirrel monkey), this Tarzan adaption had more animals really existing in the environment the movie is supposed to take place than any other before - no lions, Asian elephants, zebras etc. I vaguely remember even seeing bongo antelopes in one scene-can someone confirm that?
