When I first saw Godzilla 1984 I was like "all right Godzilla is kicking butt and killing lots of people!" but when I saw the end I burst into tears because I thought Godzilla was gone forever. But when I saw Vs Biolanre I screamed with joy and screamed "I knew a volcano couldn't stop the King of the Monsters!"
Because I am a big fan of Godzilla and seeing him die or suffering makes me really sad.
Yes. The part where Godzilla cries as he falls inside the volcano was a poignant moment for me when I was a kid watching the film.

shareDecent enough film...Not awesome, not "just ok", but good! I do rememember feeling relieved that Godzilla ain't the huge teddy bear he portrayed in the 70's...and the ENDING (sob!!)!...IMHO, the ending along is better the the "VS. Heisei series" (alhtough I am also a gi-normous fan of em too!)

Wow! I was five when I first saw this movie and cried when Godzilla went into the volcano. It was worse than Old Yeller. I guess I wasn't the only one who was heartbroken.
shareHah, I thought I was the only one. I was like three years old, and so far as I can recall, this is the only movie I've ever cried at. Afterwards, of course, I became a huge Godzilla fan.
