Whenever I've seen and heard Angela Pleasance her voice was rather high pitched but here, in this movie, her voice is very rich and mature sounding.
Just wondering if she wasn't dubbed by another actress.

She wasn't dubbed, but they did add to her audio track. If you listen to her speak with Ebeneezer in his bedroom, you'll hear a little "tinkle" like her voice is being accompanied by bells. It's more evident in certain scenes, but that is her natural voice.
