I've had this theory for years that there's always ONE movie where an actress stands out as hot in relation to all other things she's done. Basically, it's the Glenn Close in Fatal Attraction theory. Shelton in this movie helps prove that theory!

I kinda buy that with Nicole Kidman in To Die For, although she was just as hot in Batman Forever. 1995 was definitely her peak year and I never found her nearly as stunning in anything else before or since.
Elisha Cuthbert in The Girl Next Door also comes to mind. She was a goddess in that movie, but looks average everywhere else. Eerie.

I'm with you on Deborah Shelton being hot. Her face was an unforgettable face in the 80s. It's hard to describe her look but in a strange way it was an innocent seductive look. Sexy with a hint of exoticism. Perhaps I thought she looked exotic because everyone was always drooling over blondes yet this dark haired beauty slayed all the blondes.
Glen Goose though???? Are people serious?? I thought she was a man dressed as a woman when I first saw her. I never understood why she was cast in Fatal Attraction.
