Why didn't Lisa Eilbacher have a bigger career post-Beverly Hills Cop?

I would naturally think that playing the female lead in one of the biggest movies of the '80s would've provided some decent millage. But looking at her career following Beverly Hills Cop, it appears that much of her work was reduced to made for TV movies and B-movies.

Because she was such a non event that Serge was more memorable than her.

It's not uncommon for an actor to get a big break and fail to go into anything bigger. Look at Star Wars, only Harrison Ford really made it big due to that film.
