Who played the mechanic?

I haven't seen this movie in ages, but I'm curious- What actor played the guy who modified the Porsche? I can't remember his name, but he used to do stand-up at the Ice House in Pasadena CA. He was pretty funny. God, that was a long time ago - doesn't seem like it though!

The actor was Barry Diamond. In Jewel Sheperd's Invasion of the Scream Queens, Monique Gabrielle recounted she kicked Diamond's butt on the set because he was harrassing her and other actresses on the set.
