Unidentified Music Driving Me Crazy (Please Help)

During the intermission at the vaudeville (when Schikaneder is trying to convince Mozart to work with him), a troupe of folk dancers come out onstage and begin a dance that involve rakes. The music that plays in the background is clearly some kind of folk dance from the period, but I have no idea what it is or who wrote it. The closest thing listed on the "complete" soundtrack for "Amadeus" is Mozart's "Six German Dances", but that's not it (if I'm not mistaken, that plays during Constanze's ball at the spa in Baden). So I know it's not that. Does anybody know what the music for the "rake dance" actually was...?
