shareWho's boss? That's the question. honestly though Mona Robinson was the boss hands down. While Angela may have been in charge, Mona and Tony very regularly ran circles around Angela. While Angela may have been able to lay down the law with Tony, Angela definitely deferred to Mona, aka Mom.
There's a hierarchy on the show .. a pyramid, with Mona at the top.. and Mona could clearly work her magic on either Tony or Angela. But then you had Samantha, and at least in the earlier seasons you could argue that Sam was Jonathan's boss. LOL
