Robin of Sherwood comes to Blu-ray in October

Robin of Sherwood has been digitally restored in High Definition from the best available film elements, and is presented in the original 4:3 aspect ratio at a quality level never previously seen.

From what I've heard, the contents are the same as the DVD release. There are some excellent interviews and commentaries on there. Well worth having if you don't already own the DVDs or if you want to upgrade to BlueRay.
