I was right, season 1 lasted from '83 to '85...it's because cartoons really didn't have 'seasons' like prime time TV did.

I don't know what else to tell you. From 1983-1984 there were two five part mini-series. The daily cartoon series didn't begin until 1985. The two mini-series are on the upcoming "Season 1" DVD, but they aren't part of Season 1.

I'm not trying to be a jerk or a know it all because God knows I don't [Know it all] but unless you're right and a whole lot of people are wrong, Season 1 began in 1985.

The First five episodes are The MASS Device(1983),
The next five are from The Revenge Of Cobra(1984).

The actual series didn't start until 1985.
