I mostly watched season one as a kid, then missed a lot of season two.

I did watch some episodes later, but I'm trying to remember if this is from a movie or the TV show --

In this one, Serpentor is now in charge and alternately has a beard or doesn't from scene to scene. When he shouts he says "Cobra-la-la-la-la-la" and it actually sounded kind of cheesy, but hey... it's just a cartoon, right?

Anyway, in this movie/show I saw Cobra Commander was turning into a giant snake and eventually forgets who he is and slithers away. I figure this had to be much later on in the series, but can anyone tell me where it was from? I saw it with my younger brother, who was also very young at the time but is now 28 and living with his wife in Las Vegas so I doubt he'll remember either.

Also, I'm trying to remember who Serpentor was made from. I remember the commercial for they toy saying that Cobra Commander was unable to lead anymore (they showed an animated clip of him sitting almost catatonic with his head in his hands) and Destro and co. had to make a new leader. I believe he was partially Rasputin, Alexander the Great, Hannibal, Genghis Khan and Napolean... but was there any Hitler, Stalin or Kubla Khan in him as well? Like I said, I haven't seen any of those episodes in over 20 years.

I did buy season 1.1 recently. Talk abot great memories. I hadn't seen the MASS Device episodes since I was about 10 in the early 80s!

this is all from the 1987 movie.

Serpentor was a clone made up of the DNA of: Vlad Tepes aka Drcaula, Hannibal, Napolean, Alexander the Great, Ghenghis Khan, and Sun Tzu, but they obtained all except Sun Tzu's DNA and captured Sgt. Slaughter in the process so they used Slaughters DNA

Good call wolf, your memory is perfect. When Serpentor was made. those eps are arise Serpentor arise. The eps are season 2 1-5 if you want to rent or get them from netflix. I just watched them again a few months ago and they are just as cool as when I was a child.
