What is up with this episode? It was the first episode to air after the 5 part Arise Serpentor Arise episodes yet there is no Serpentor at all. Hell, Mindbender isn't even it it, but General Hawk is. I figure that this episode was originally written for season one, but didn't get made until season two. At the end Flint say's "Well, the three biggest baddies got away". He was talking about Destro, The Baroness and Cobra Commander. So, there isn't even a mention that Serpentor Exists at this point.

What's so crazy about standing toe to toe with someone saying "I am"?

There is a Doctor Mindbender brief cameo (when Flint & Lady Jade are fighting the Octupus). This episode mixes some elements of season 1 & 2. Cobra Comander is still rulling Cobra but we see also the Batlle Android Troops.
The Joes are using the Conquest Jets but cobra sill have the blue planes.
