Can anyone pinpoint the episode that this quote from Cobra Commander is attributed to? I've checked both "Eau de Cobra" and "Cold Slither", but I can't seem to find it.

i gotta say...you're 2 year old comment which i've just come across , started me on a brief quest. the quote used to be on YouTube, but not anymore so i had to do some research. it is Eau de Cobra. its right when Flint & Lady Jaye are undercover on the cruise ship. Destro notices them. Cobra Commander orders 2 undercover Cobra agents to dispose of them. the Cobra agents fail miserably. Cobra Commander yells, "Morons! I have morons on my payroll!" in epic fashion. IMDb's dumb ass has the GI JOE ARAH episodes all *beep* up. they've just recently been broken up and scattered about. i had to go to Chris Latta's page to find them. then on top of that, they might be misnumbered. Eau de Cobra is listed as Season 1 Episode 38 here, but Netflix has it listed as Season 1 Episode 48, & Wikipedia has it listed as Season 1 Episode 138. how's that for a mind *beep*? i guess all 4 sites also have morons on their payroll.
