Woman giving birth to a full grown man spoilers

I was reading the Wikipedia on this film, and they mentioned a part where a woman gives birth to a full grown man. There was a scene just like this, in Takashi Miike's movie Gozu. I'm wondering if this is what may have inspired it.

I found that scene hilarious.

It's safe to assume Gozu was inspired by this scene. They're both in the same culty campy category.

"I've been living on toxic waste for years, and I'm fine. Just ask my other heads!"

It also reminded me of the woman giving birth to a fully grown man in Lars Von Trier's "Kingdom Hospital".
