Help! Is this the same movie?

I saw a movie when I was much younger and started thinking about it yesterday, and I've spent all day trying to fill in the holes.

I remember a woman giving birth to something that turned into a grown man. I believe he transformed from black slime. And there's a scene towards the end where a woman is gagged and tied to the front of a truck with its headlights on, in the woods, screaming while watching a man being attacked by the aforementioned slimy spawn.

Help?

Yep - Xtro is the human size birth movie. Once seen - that scene is never forgotten!

Yep, that's our dear little movie, but ...

That isn't our film - as far as I remember. But it sounds pretty cool to me !!!

Does anyone know what film that scene is from? I'd kinda like to rip it off.

Thanks for the reply. I've since watched the birth scene, and it's not the same one. :( I'm still on the lookout.

Well, also "Warlock-2: Armageddon" have birth scene, and it completely stolen from Xtro. But I don't remember any slimy spawn there.

Gozu has a scene of a woman giving birth to a full grown man as well...but it came out 4 years ago and it's Japanese, so I doubt it's what you're looking for.

Gozu is terrible. Everyone always mentions the full-grown birth scene from THAT film like it's a big deal. The one in Xtro, on the other hand, was bloody, lethal, and incredibly disturbing. Unfortunately no one has heard of this classic.

I've heard of this classic too, it marked in a way my years of adolescence, by haunting my nightmares... It is easily one of the most impressive horror films I watched back them, and I watched quite a few. I haven't seen that Gozu film.

No slimy black spawn, but the woman bound & gagged to the front of a truck in the woods happens towards the end of Warlock II.
