In this scene the creature confronts the hysterical woman and renders her unconscious. it then puts what looks like a tentacle into her mouth that streams a black caviar-like fluid into her mouth. it was extremely nasty to see.

Yeah, that scene was pretty gross, but the scene where the impregnated woman gives painful, life-taking birth to a fully grown man is even more nasty and shocking.

"Xtro" is definitely the movie to see if you want to throw a wet towel on even considering the idea of having offspring. This movie had gross impregnation and birthing scene sequences all over it!
