Good? No. Though it does have an unsettling nightmare like vibe that makes it watchable.

More gross than scary. Make that really gross, on second thought.

The director/writer admitted he was just trying to shock people by being weird and disgusting. He didn't even try to make it all make sense.

Harry Bromley Davenport is a very unpretentious and funny guy, by the way. If you happen to be bored, you might want to try finding one of his interviews.
