Regarding the part of the film where they show how to insert the knife into the neck.I seem to remember that it was in a separate stand alone scene where it was very chillingly done.However in the version shown last week it was incorporated into the general training sequence.Am I wrong or are there different versions
shareNot being too sure about what you mean by "incorporated into the general trainign sequence". In 1984 the video release's "training sequence" was a collection of scenes, each which could have been standalone. ie, the explosives training (a classical quote, "bouncing betty - blows their baaalls off"), the silent killing - or knife 'fighting' -(another classical comment "...scrambles the brain"), culminating, iirc, in the cross-country "evasion" exercise with Wilkes catching everyone of them. I cant recall it ever being a stand-alone scene in and of itself, just part of a series of scenes depicting training.
