That was the point. I once read Travolta got professional health advice from Stallone and probably worked out with him too. John looks amazing in the final dances under all the lights with his greased up body.

He's pretty hot in this movie. The greased-up, no body hair look really worked for him them. Then you watch Pulp Fiction and back to reality.
