It's a bit difficult to say actually. The main thing both films obviously have in common is that they take place at a summer camp where a rash of killings by an unknown assailant suddenly begin to occur. However the characters and the tone of each film are quite different really. So again it would be difficult to say whether or not you'd personally enjoy this film as much as you do 'F13'. But I can say that you definitely owe it to yourself to see this film at least once because it's a cult classic any way you cut/slice it (pun intended). And plus if you consider yourself to be a slasher movie fan, or a fan of horror movies in general, than this flim is an absolute must see for you even if, as I stated, you simply view it for one time only.

You should check out The Burning, too.

I shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my Squishy.
