"I promise we wont"

Does this line after Angela gets thrown in the water by Meg and Judy (and the next scene where they get viciously killed) prove the 2 killer theory?

After all, he says "we" wont let them get away with it.

Though Ricky doesn't have the same issues Angela did, is he also a deranged psycho?

It is clear in the end who is the killer, but I dunno, Ricky doesn't walk away from this clean.......

Maybe Rickey was part of it. He had an explosive temper and HE KNEW that Angela was a boy. He was in on Aunt Martha's(his mother) KEY plot point of the falsified physicals that allowed Angela to go as a girl.

There may have been THREE killers as Aunt Martha may have been there as well. Remember the early lines of "We can't be late for the bus" and "Let's not let the bus leave without US". One of the creepiest performances ever. She was a big presence in the life of a messed up girl/boy.

Based on his role in Return to Sleepaway Camp, he was not involved in the murders in this movie. "We won't let them get away with this" is a very common remark a person uses when pranked or wronged in some way. It can have various meanings from pranking said person back to killing them, to even just saying something out of anger and not doing anything about it.

I just bought and watched it in HDX on VUDU and the scene where the silhouette of the killer is in the doorway of Judy's cabin right before her death you can 100% see that it is Ricky. It surprised me because I always thought it looked like it could be Ricky in that scene on the VHS and later the DVD copy I had, but it was absolutely him. I couldn't believe how clearly you saw his face in this copy.

The New BR was remastered and it ruined the close up scene because the darkness on Angela's face isn't there anymore and you can see Ricky. But it's definitely mean to be 100% Angela.

Ricky isn't an angel he had serious anger issues I'm sure either from the genes of the mom or caused by here. But a murderer? I don't see it. In part 4 he actually tries to run from his history; that doesn't show any guilt but it sure shows shame. He returns at the end but barely.
