The girl with the really long hair is not even that attractive. She looked like a little bird, wasn't even as developed as the boys were making her out to be, and yet all the boys were going goo goo ga ga over her?

It was the 80's. Girls considered hot then would be pretty meh today. I think the best looking girl was the one in the beginning when that young couple are in the boat with the water skier.

The girls were no different, they just has much less attractive hair, makeup, and fashion and didn't have to worry about camera phones and social media, so they didn't have to look "on" all the time. The actress that played Judy could act the bitchiest, so she was the right fit.

Well, along with the long hair dancing in your face when she is riding the top and the biggest breasts & the fact she is a slut, yep, she is the prettiest.

She was the right actress for the part, but that doesn't mean she physically fits the description in the script.

No, but she had a very specific look - early 80s style Long Island Lolita - and fit the entire vibe of the movie.
