Tony and Frank mention Gaspar Gomez when they’re arguing, but he doesn’t seem to appear as an on-screen character.

But in the credits he’s listed as having been played by Robert Van Den Berg.

Why is this? Was he actually in any scenes? Or was he in a scene that got cut but his name stayed in the credits for whatever reason?

He does appear on screen. He is one of the guys that gets blown away from that bazooka shot from Tonys bedroom door at the shootout at the end. Gomez was the leader of a rival cartel, and a friend of Sosa, that planned on eliminating Tony at the end
