It isn't even close.

Scarface is just bad. It's only "great" so people can login into their MySpace accounts from a decade ago and view their "avatar".

I prefer Scarface and have it as one of his best work.
I would not include Carlito.

I agree.

There are some bluray scenes in youtube and though they are great and fun to watch I think the vhs experience is better.

Mmmm...maybe. Sean Penn kinda sucked in CW though. Hard to beat Pacino's performance in Scarface. He does a solid job in CW but Tony Montana is such an iconic character.

Satire might be a good way to describe SF. It's 'over the top' in many ways. I mean, all those guns going off and we never hear one siren in the background. lol...

Yes, when it first came out all the critics hated it. I saw it in the theater and thought it was too violent. However, that's if you look at it like it's a serious film. As a satire it's classic!

Nope, CW is not complete garbage, it's good film but I kind of agree with a previous poster in that it's fluff to make a buck, albeit good fluff in my view. But Scarface breaks all the rules which makes it better.
