Angel and the chainsaw
It seemed to me that when Angel was being dismembered with the chainsaw, he wasn't making any effort to avoid the blade. If that were me, I'd be kicking and thrashing about like a maniac out of sheer desperation. In fact, I would have preferred them to shoot me.
