The scene with Tony in the tub, you can see Manny is wearing an ankle monitor. Was it ever established that he was arrested and on probation requiring him to wear an ankle monitor?

I'll have to re watch the scene in question. I don't like to call something a plot hole without first confirming it personally. That term gets over used all too often on these boards
