Why is Elvira so snotty to Tony?

She's a *beep* drug addict and a whiny bitch

Three reasons:

1) Elvira is bored with everything and everyone. She hates her life as the trophy girlfriend of a drug lord, but she either can't see or doesn't want to find a way out. Elvira isn't even nice to her boyfriend. Why would she be nice to one of his friends?

2) The only things Elvira has in life are money, fancy clothes, good drugs, etc. She gets those things for sleeping with a rich man and going out on the town on his arm. If she is caught sleeping with Tony, she would lose all that. (Notice that Elvira never agrees to sleep with or marry Tony until he takes Frank's place by killing him and can then give Elvira everything that Frank gave her.)

3) Elvira is beautiful, and surely scummy guys hit on her all the time. She has no reason to believe that Tony is any different than those men, so why should she give him the time of day, let alone be nice enough to him to encourage him.
