Did Frank Lopez out Paul Shenar in the movie?
Frank on Sosa: "You turn your back on him, he'll stick it in". I mean come on?

shareI think Frank meant Sosa would "stab him in the back"- seek revenge. Sosa told Tony emphatically never to ever double-cross or betray him. Sosa had more money than Tony would ever see and a web of contacts to get whatever he wanted done. So Tony was replaceable.
There is one scene in which Tony kids Sosa about his wife having a baby in three months. The DVD has a few deleted scenes of Sosa and his fiancee/wife. Too bad they cut it out because Tony's question about the wife kind of just hangs there.
