Is it safe to say that the Lopez hired hit men were possibly the most incompetent hitmen in the history of movies or television?

Frank didn't have enough riches to hire competent hitmen, preferring to fly straight instead of thinking big like Tony suggested...not sure they're the worst in film history but they are probably high on the list.

A for effort. Tony got lucky, considering he was drugged up like no other. An assist to film magic for hitting them in the legs before the light fixture miraculously came down and finished te job.
